Many of our club activities are shown below. If you would like to participate or help, contact the individual activity coordinator. Each month you can choose as many different activities as you like. Details and contact information are communicated in the monthly newsletter.
Bunco
Bunco is a dice game played once a month in member’s homes. Information about location of the games will be in the newsletter. If you do not know how to play, they will teach you.
Club Socials
Socials are informal get togethers on the 2nd Thursday of most months. Many of these are in private homes. Members are asked to bring an appetizer or main dish to share and a beverage of their choice. Details of time and location are found in the newsletter each month.
Dining Out
Once a month groups of 8-10 people go out to dinner at restaurants in Lakeway or Austin. Groups are established twice a year.
Golf
Newcomer golf is open to all members of the Lakeway Newcomer Club (Golf Club membership required). It is for members at all skill levels. Dinner follows golf at a local restaurant.
Out-to-Lunch Bunch
This group meets monthly at local restaurants for lunch. It is a great way to find new places to eat and to visit with club members during the day. Locations will be announced in the newsletter.
Special Events
Events for special fun with your friends are planned 3 times per year. Specific info will be in the newsletter.
